- Our company is headquartered in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, the world trade center. We have an independent warehouse and a dust-free workshop, with over 100 production employees and a production area of over 8000 square meters. With 8 high-end production lines, we have a monthly output of approximately 500,000 pairs and an annual output of approximately 10 million pairs.

The equipments for silicone bra and nipple cover production, now our factory own 8 sets silicone mixer, 31 sets sealing & filling machines, 80 sets heating & molding machines, 26 sets edge trimming machine and 8 semi-automatic lines for biogel applying/ drying/ packaging process.
Mix the silicone material and colors
Hot sealing TPU film and injecting silicone gel
Heat the bra/nipple cover molding and then pressing
Cooling the product for subsequent trimming process.
